Chairman, President & CEO

Quentin Anthony Anderson

Quentin Anthony Anderson, of Baton Rouge, is the founder, current President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Justice Alliance. In 2006, he founded the Baton Rouge Youth Council to help raise money for Hurricane Katrina recovery effort and in 2008, Anderson worked on then-Senator Barack Obama’s national presidential campaign as a field organizer in Iowa and Missouri. Following earning his undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University and law degree from Louisiana State University, Anderson worked as a Campaign Manager for Capital Area United Way in Baton Rouge and Regional Field Director for NextGen Climate Action in La Plata County, Colorado before being named Campaign Director of Voices of Youth in Chicago Education in 2014, leading the most successful youth-led statewide school discipline reform campaign in American history. He also currently serves as Associate Director of Public Affairs and Communications for DC-based non-profit Groundswell.

Gisele Haralson

Gisele is an educator, author, screenwriter, and activist.  She is also the founder of Follow Dreams Productions- a film company created to assist others to bring their projects to reality.   Her professional career has been spent educating, inspiring and motivating women to follow their dreams and become self-sufficient. It was that work that led her to her graduate study research and inevitable More Than Just Sex: It’s The Art of the Chase; African American Women Defining Themselves, Black Men, Each Other, Relationships, and Secrets to Love and Happiness and her new book When Money Meets Seduction; Inspiring Financial Lessons of Women Who Have Connected with Money and Power.

Daniel Schilling

Daniel J. Schilling is a licensed Louisiana attorney living in the New Orleans area who earned his Juris Doctor from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Daniel previously studied at Lancaster University in England and received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College. Before entering private practice, Daniel was an instructor of Forensics, Constitutional Law, Police Operations, and Police Criminal and Civil Liability. Daniel has previous experience at the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s office and East Baton Rouge Public Defender’s office.

Alexis Anderson is the Executive Director of P.R.E.A.C.H. (Presenting Resources Effectively, Applying Christ-like Humbleness), a non-profit organization committed to delivering financial literacy resources and support in and to vulnerable and marginalized communities throughout the state.

Raymond T. Diamond

Ray Diamond re-joined the LSU Law faculty in 2009 and in 2012 he was named Vice Chancellor for Faculty Development and Institutional Advancement. He had taught since 1990 at Tulane University, where he held the John Koerner Professorship in Law, was previously the C.J. Morrow Research Professor of Law, and was an Adjunct Professor of African Diaspora Studies. Before his entry into law teaching at LSU in 1984, Professor Diamond spent three years with the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where he litigated a landmark price signaling case, worked for a year on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant to Rep. Bob Livingston in the 95th Congress, and practiced law privately in New Orleans.
